You know what they say….  All good things must come to an end.  Happens way too often.  Just look at the last couple of weeks here in Middle Georgia.  Didn’t we just have some cooler, hint-of-fall weather?  Great!  But now this week, mid to upper 90’s.  See what I mean?  I would venture that you and I could come up with a longer list of more examples.  But today, let’s be reminded of something that never falls into the “all good things must come to an end” category.  Yesterday morning as our Men of the Word study group wrapped up the current book, we each shared a thought or two that will really stick with us going forward.  One of those was the part of the book that taught that God’s grace is amazing, unconditional, and inexhaustible.  And I started thinking.  Grace is amazing.  Absolutely.  It is unconditional.  Definitely.  But what good would that really do if it were not inexhaustible?  It would be wonderful only until it ran out, and then where would we be?  No, that amazing, unconditional grace of God is also inexhaustible!  No matter how deep sin takes us, “where sin abounded, grace did much more abound” (Romans 5:20).  No matter how dark the trial, God says “My grace is sufficient” (2 Corinthians 12:9).  And no matter where life takes us for God, all we can humbly say is “by the grace of God I am what I am” (1 Corinthians 15:10).  So, all good things must come to an end?  Don’t think so.  Just think “Grace”!
